Just back from a family weekend away at this lovely cottage! Highlights for us were: - our hosts were great and very generous with their time, helping our kids to feed the chickens, collect the eggs and so on. - lovely peaceful views from the verandah - cute cottage with a well equipped kitchen Definitely recommend, less than 90 min from Perth depending what part, new Tonkin Hwy extension makes it a breeze!

My husband, my children and I we spent an amazing weekend there It's a beautiful place, quiet,... The house is nice. It really was a lovely weekend. You can feed the goats and the sheep 🐑. My boys were so happy doing that. We saw beautiful birds 🐦,... some rabbits 🐇 and cute alpacas. The view in the morning or in the evening was amazing.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cottage at Bindoon Valley Escape for two nights with our 1.5 year old. Perfectly clean house with everything we needed to cook and enjoy a wine. It was wonderful that a portacot and highchair could be supplied for us to. Our boy loved viewing the very friendly animals (goats, chickens, alpacas and sheep) through the fence, and watching us feed them with the food that was supplied. Being able to walk through the paddocks, down to the tyre swing and to meet the neighbouring horses was also a highlight, as well as being invited to help feed the chickens and put them to bed at night :) The area is wonderful, with Bindoon town very modern and boasting everything we needed (IGA, chemist and Clune Park) not to mention the tasty bakehaus! Highly recommend The Hive @ Little Eeden for amazing kid's playground and food, the stunning scenery along the 'Chittering Valley Tourist Way' drive (take this route if going to the yummy Stringybark Winery) and the Bin...

What 'Bindoon Valley Escape' offers you

When staying at Bindoon Valley Escape you will have your own access to a self-contained cottage for up to 4 people, which has all the facilities for a comfortable relaxing stay. The IGA is only 3km away with good supplies. You can feed the animals, enjoy the wide valley views and the stars at night time. You have your own garden and plenty of space around you.

With us you can 'Escape' the rat race and take some time to recharge. The modern self-contained 2 bedroom cottage has all the comforts on acreage just one hour north of Perth CBD. The cottage is conveniently located only 3km away from Bindoon town with all essential amenities including the famous Bindoon Bakehouse.

The cottage suits up to 4 people, has its own entrance to the property and a private garden with a veranda from the living room and a patio on the side of the cottage right outside your bedroom door so you can wake up, enjoy a cuppa while watching the sun come up.

Depending on the time of year, we will have a combination of sheep, goats, alpacas, chickens and guinea fowl on our hobby farm for you to enjoy. You are welcome to help us feed the animals at feeding time. From your veranda you will be able to see the animals grazing in the paddocks and some of the curious animals may even come right up to your fence to check out the new guests. We leave food for you at the cottage so you can feed them over the fence.

If that's not enough, you will be amazed by the view of the stars in the sky after the sun goes down.

Right at your doorstep is the Chittering Valley to discover with its food, farms, wine and beautiful landscapes.
